J I was born on August 27, 1975, in N'Djamena. A statistics engineer trained at ENSEA in Abidjan, I then obtained a degree in Statistics and Economics Engineering, complemented by a Master's in Business Administration from Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Sociology at the Christian Alliance University of Abidjan.
For over twenty years, I have supported public administrations in sub-Saharan Africa, providing expertise in various key areas. I worked at AFRISTAT as a macroeconomic expert, then as a resident expert in Niger and Chad, before joining AFRITAC West (IMF) as a macro-fiscal advisor for the WAEMU region, Guinea, and Mauritania.
Over the years, I have facilitated numerous workshops, authored methodological notes, and contributed to the development of sectoral strategies and public policies that have marked my professional journey.
But one conviction has become clear: numbers alone are not enough if we do not address the structures of injustice, state violence, systemic corruption, and power seizure. This is what led me to engage in citizen activism, alongside the diaspora and civil society actors, to defend democracy, budget transparency, social justice, and Chad's sovereignty.
Mission
To leverage the rigor of numbers, public policy knowledge, and international experience in service of a peaceful and profound transformation of Chad, rebuilding the state around justice, transparency, human dignity, and effective citizen participation.
Vision
A New Chad, reconciled with itself, free from the logic of predation and state violence, where:
- The law truly protects citizens
- Public resources fund quality services
- Decentralization relies on strong and responsible communities
- The diaspora and renewed traditional authorities become pillars of development
- The ecological and climate transition is seen as an opportunity for social justice
